Our Waitlist & Puppy Application Process
We place our Small Munsterlanders in dedicated hunting homes and we take great care to match each puppy to the right home. Here’s how the process works from start to finish.
1. Fill out the puppy application. The first step is to complete our puppy application. Tell us where you’re located, the type of hunting you do, and what you’re hoping for in a dog. Once we receive it, we’ll reach out to talk through your goals, answer your questions, and add you to our waitlist for an upcoming litter.
2. We confirm the litter, then contact you about a deposit. We confirm every pregnancy by ultrasound before collecting any deposits. Once a litter is confirmed, we’ll reach out to those on the waitlist about reserving a spot.
3. Reserve your spot with a deposit. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your place in line and the gender of your choice. If the litter doesn’t take, or we’re unable to provide the gender you prefer, your deposit moves with you to the next available litter.
4. How puppies are placed. As the litter grows, we spend those weeks evaluating each puppy’s personality, natural ability, and temperament. Rather than a first-pick, second-pick system, we place each puppy in the home best suited to its individual strengths — matching the right dog to the right family or hunting partner. We stay in close contact throughout and help guide you to the puppy that fits your lifestyle and goals.

What’s Included With Every Puppy
Every Kennedy Munsters puppy goes home fully started and ready for its new life. Included with each pup:
- SMCA Approved Breedings
- NAVHDA and AKC registration and pedigree
- Microchipped for permanent identification
- First round of vaccinations, up to date for their age
- Dewormed on schedule
- Full veterinary health check and health certificate before going home
- Early socialization and exposure — our puppies are raised underfoot and introduced to people of all ages, other dogs, water, birds, crates, vehicles, and sound and gunfire conditioning, setting them up to succeed in the field and at home
- Temperament and ability evaluation, so we can match each puppy to the home that fits it best
Our Health Guarantee
On top of everything above, every puppy comes with our 5-year health guarantee against life-altering or life-threatening genetic conditions. We stand firmly behind the health and genetics of every dog we raise.
Pricing
The total price for a Kennedy Munsters puppy is $2,200, which includes everything listed above. Your $500 deposit is applied toward this total, with the remaining balance due at pickup.
